RETAILREVIVER CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

This Consignment Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for consigning items with RetailReviver. By electronically signing this Agreement and/or delivering items for consignment, you ("the Consignor") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. RetailReviver reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and it is the Consignor's responsibility to review the updated terms on our website prior to each consignment transaction.

Pricing and Sale of Items

  • RetailReviver determines final pricing for all consigned items based on current resale market trends, brand popularity, and item availability.

  • If items are not accepted for consignment, they must be retrieved by the Consignor within 7 days of notification; otherwise, they may be donated.

Consignment Period and Unclaimed Items

  • The consignment period is 120 days from the acceptance date. Items that remain unsold after this period will become the property of RetailReviver unless the Consignor retrieves them. Notification of remaining items will be sent to the Consignor, who must arrange to reclaim them within 14 days of notification.

  • Should the Consignor choose to reclaim items before the 120-day consignment period ends, a $100 early retrieval fee per item will apply.

Payouts and Fees

  • Consignor payouts are issued post-sale, net of any commissions and third-party processing fees (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, credit card processing, and shipping costs).

  • If an item sells through Poshmark or similar third-party marketplaces, associated platform fees will be deducted prior to Retail Reviver's commission.

Commission Rates

  • The commission is calculated based on the final sale price as follows:

    • Under $600: 60% Consignor / 40% RetailReviver

    • $600 - $1000: 70% Consignor / 30% RetailReviver

    • $1000 - $2000: 75% Consignor / 25% RetailReviver

    • Over $2000: 80% Consignor / 20% RetailReviver

Condition of Items

  • Only items in excellent condition, free from stains, tears, cracks, odors, or noticeable wear are accepted. Repaired or altered items are not eligible for consignment.

Returns

  • All sales through RetailReviver are final. In the rare event a return is accepted, the Consignor will retain their percentage, and ownership of the item will transfer to RetailReviver.

Liability for Loss or Damage

  • RetailReviver is not liable for any loss or damage to consigned items due to theft, customer handling, fire, flood, natural disasters, or any damage during transit. Consignors are advised to carry their own insurance for high-value items.

Inactive Account Policy

  • Consignor accounts with two years of inactivity will forfeit any unclaimed balance remaining in the account.

Authenticity and Ownership

  • RetailReviver accepts only original, authentic luxury items. The Consignor certifies their authenticity by consigning items and must present the original receipt or accepts a $25 per-item authentication fee. Counterfeit items will be rejected, and the Consignor assumes all responsibility for any authenticity misrepresentation.

  • The Consignor warrants full ownership of each item and will provide a valid government-issued ID for record-keeping purposes.

Entire Agreement

  • This Agreement replaces all prior agreements and understandings, whether verbal or written, between the Consignor and RetailReviver.

By submitting the consignment form for a quote, the Consignor certifies that he/she fully understands and agrees to all the terms and conditions in this Consignment Agreement.
